Villa in Guadalmar – Málaga

This house has 350m2 on one floor. A new layout of the spaces was made by taking into account that part of the house is only lived in from time to time, so one of the factors with which we had to work to was this: to create a division where the two parts were completely independent from each other on all levels especially from an energy use perspective. Two guest bedrooms and the office have been located in one part. All the bedrooms are en-suite. In the other part there was a daily living area, another lounge for visitors, the kitchen, the office, a maid’s room and the master bedroom suite, with a full bathroom, bathtub and shower and two dressing rooms.
