Martínez-Echevarría Abogados, Madrid
At the Martínez Echevarría Abogados offices in Madrid, the interior design aims to update a space with significant architectural value, strengthening the firm’s identity while also enhancing the experience of its users.
The project is based on a highly characterful architectural setting, where mouldings, wooden floors, and stained-glass windows stand out as defining elements that bring richness and identity to the whole. On this foundation, a more contemporary design language is introduced, with clean lines and restrained materials, engaging in dialogue with the existing architecture without overpowering it.
The waiting area is one of the key spaces. It has been conceived as a comfortable and welcoming environment, where the institutional image coexists with a sense of wellbeing.
The furniture has been selected with a focus on sobriety and balance, aiming for comfort without competing with the original architecture. Each piece helps to organise the space and convey a sense of calm and professionalism.
The result is an environment where the classic and the contemporary come together naturally, creating elegant, functional, and approachable offices with a pleasant atmosphere for everyday use.
